The gentleman was very good, pleasant, fixed my issue (open vent in bedroom) guess we should have checked other vents as one in hallway to bathroom is also closed.

Getting the vent fan took way too long. Should be kept in stock. Poor communication. Never got a reply after submitting work requests. Somehow office interpreted plugged dishwasher drain as plugged toilet. Efren did an excellent job with the bathroom vent fan and dishwasher plugged drain.

As a person who is blind, I love the Braille accommodations, the wonderful staff and the quick maintenance service. The activities are wonderful. The homes are luxurious.

We are very happy staying here at Mera Rhodes Ranch and hope to be able to stay for a while longer. The staff here always does their best to keep us happy and the maintenance staff works hard to keep the property in good condition.
